War crimes on our minds
The decision, by Attorney General Eric Holder and the Obama administration, to prosecute certain “unprivileged enemy belligerents,” in federal court in Manhattan, is under attack by Congress. In February, the House introduced legislation to force the Justice Department to prosecute the cases exclusively in reformed military commissions.
